Dual Investment VIP program
To further optimize the user experience, the Dual Investment VIP program has been integrated into the unified VIP system. Starting from June 17, when you subscribe to Dual Investment products, you will automatically enjoy the corresponding Dual Investment VIP yield rate based on your OKX platform VIP level.
Dual Investment VIP benefits are independent of your other VIP benefits and won't conflict with them, ensuring you can enjoy premium services and rewards across multiple areas.
1. OKX VIP Levels and Dual Investment return on investment
VIP 1 - VIP 4 level: Enjoy higher return on investment compared to non-VIP users.
VIP 5 - VIP 8 level: Further increase on top of the VIP 1–4 returns on investment

2. Transition plan for the original Dual Investment VIP
If you are still a Dual Investment VIP user in June, we have prepared a corresponding transition plan for you based on your current VIP level.
The transition plan was individually notified via email on June 16. Please check your reserved email inbox.
Only original Dual Investment VIP users will receive this email notification.

You can go to the official website and click on Assets > My assets > Fees to view your current VIP level and the rules description.

Q: Does Dual Investment VIP still have separate tiers?
No separate levels will be set; the return on investment will be directly linked to the OKX VIP level.
Q: If I am not an original Dual Investment VIP user, can I enjoy the new return on investment?
Yes. Starting from June 17, all users who subscribe to Dual Investment will receive corresponding returns on investment based on their VIP level.
Q: How much is the VIP return on investment increase for Dual Investment?
VIP 1 - 4 users have an advantage over non-VIP users, while VIP 5 - 8 users enjoy further benefits on top of VIP 1 - 4. Please refer to the subscription page for the exact improvement details.
Q: Are the original Dual Investment VIP requirements and rules still valid?
The original subscription amount/principal requirements will no longer be executed; the new system is entirely based on the OKX VIP level.
Q: Is there a restriction on the types of crypto I can subscribe to in Dual Investment if I become a VIP?
There are no restrictions on the type of crypto; any Dual Investment products can be counted toward the subscription quota.
Q: How can I check my Dual Investment VIP subscription quota for the current calendar month?
Currently, the system does not support direct statistics of the total subscription amount. You can check the historical subscription orders and calculate it yourself.
Q: How is the return on Dual Investment calculated?
You can find the FAQ section on the subscription page. The return calculation method may vary depending on the product scenario. The following uses Buy low BTC with USDT as an example:
You subscribe to a Buy low BTC product with 10,000 USDT, a target price of $50,000, and a return rate of 1.24%:
If BTC price > 50,000 at expiry, returns are settled in USDT: 10,000 × (1 + 1.24%) = 10,124 USDT
If BTC price ≤ 50,000 at expiry, returns are settled in BTC: 10,000 ÷ 50,000 × (1 + 1.24%) = 0.20248 BTC
The expiry price refers to the average BTC index price between 15:00–16:00 (UTC+8) on the product's expiry date.
Q: How do I become a Dual Investment VIP user?
If you meet either of the following conditions within any calendar month, you will be automatically upgraded to Dual Investment VIP status by the 10th of the following month:
Your cumulative Dual Investment subscription amount for that month reaches 5,000,000 USD(T); or
Your outstanding Dual Investment principal reaches 20,000,000 USD(T).
To maintain your VIP status, you must continue to meet either condition every calendar month.
Q: How is the subscription value calculated for Dual Investment products in BTC, ETH, or other non-USDT tokens?
When subscribing to a Dual Investment product in a non-USDT token, the subscription value is converted and recorded based on the spot price of the token at the time of subscription.
Q: After becoming a Dual Investment VIP, will the APY on my existing open orders change?
Orders subscribed before you became a Dual Investment VIP will continue to earn returns at the originally estimated APY. New Dual Investment products subscribed after becoming a VIP will enjoy a higher return rate.

The Dual Investment VIP return on investment is directly linked to your VIP level in real time. Any changes to your VIP level will directly affect your return on investment.
